やっといつもの野菜サラダをお家ご飯のメニューに加えられるようになりました!
この冬は野菜の値段に慄きまして
食べたいのにあまり食べられなかった野菜たち
もちろん冬は野菜サラダに使うような生野菜がいつも高騰はしていくものの、
温野菜すらもままならなかった今年の冬。
そんな中セロリだけは安定してたのでセロリメインのサラダばっかり食べていましたが😅
白菜もだいぶ値段が落ち着き、春になろうという頃ですが今頃になって白菜たっぷり鍋ブームです。
芽キャベツ、春キャベツも楽しみな季節だ!

As many vegetables prices were too expensive in this winter, I gave up to use some vegetables on our home dishes.
Recently these prices are getting back to nomal one. I can cook my favorite green salad🥗
I'm looking forward to make "Nabe" using chinese cabbage,but in this winter the vegetable was expensive too. So I couldn't eat "Nabe".
"Nabe" is eaten in winter. We can be hot and can eat many vegetables.
Now spring is coming,but I want to eat "Nabe" with chinese cabbage which price is better than winter.
And next in-season vegetables are spring cabbage, brussels sprouts,and rape blossoms called "Nanohana". I can't wait!
